Toby and Shamala were featured in a local Chinese medical documentary on 9th August 2005.
At that time, natural childbirth was still relatively uncommon. They were featured birthing their daughter on national television and Shamala had a completely drug free birth after going through 3 days of labour! She used all the mind techniques she teaches to others to accomplish this.
Their daughter is now three years old.
Those of you in Singapore may have seen this documentary featured on the National Day of 2005.
