Mental preparation workshop for Fifth Ray runners

We had a wonderful workshop with the runners of Fifth Ray.

To help them to be prepared mentally and to also exercise their mental muscle, we did a variety of exercises and one of the experiment we did was to have four people lift a man with the physical strength of just two fingers each and a whole lot of mental strength. This is what they did:

Getting ready. They tried lifting him up without mental preparation but did not succeed.

Mental preparation by joining forces with a single minded focus and purpose

See how high they lifted the guy with just the physical strength of two fingers! Well done runners, your mental strength will take you through the whole marathon distance with ease.
